Founder, owner, and sole baker, Erin – hence our name! – never thought she would be making baked goods for a living but now wouldn’t have it any other way. She started baking in college to help pay for school. It was more of a hobby because she enjoyed it and could make a few extra bucks… as the years went on, orders continued to roll in and client based expanded. We strive to help make your special day spectacular. The first step is to browse our menu. Once you’ve decided on your perfect treats, fill out the Order Inquiry form. We will get back to you within 2 business days to let you know whether or not we can make your order happen. Sometimes we are already booked, but we do our best to make everything work!
